Food and wine festivals 43ª Sagra del Tartufo

On August 14, 2026, San Martino, a hamlet of Petrella Salto, hosts the 43rd edition of the Sagra del Tartufo, organized by the Associazione Civica San Martino APS. The event celebrates truffles, an excellence of the territory, offered in simple and genuine dishes of local cuisine.
The menu aims to enhance the aroma and flavor of truffles in classic combinations: fresh pasta, eggs, bruschetta, and appetizers. A proposal designed to satisfy both enthusiasts and those approaching this ingredient for the first time.
After dinner, the evening continues with musical entertainment by the "Stardust Musical Evening", to conclude the celebration with good music under the stars.
