Tuscania Summer Festival 2026

The Tuscania Summer Festival returns for its second edition from July 18 to September 26, 2026, bringing over two months of music and culture to the medieval village of Tuscania. The lineup exceeds fifty events, including concerts of classical, opera, chamber, early and symphonic music, with internationally renowned artists hosted at iconic city venues: the Teatro Rivellino, the Sala Conferenze ex Tempio Santa Croce, and the Anfiteatro del Parco Torre di Lavello. Alongside the concerts, the festival offers the Tuscania Summer Academy with advanced training courses, masterclasses, workshops, conferences and exhibitions on lute making, as well as initiatives to enhance the city's monumental heritage. The opening on Saturday, July 18 is entrusted to “La Città che Suona, Rising Stars”, a day of free-admission scattered concerts that turns the historic center into an open-air stage. Among the highlights is Puccini's La Bohème, bringing opera to the Anfiteatro del Parco Torre di Lavello for the first time.

The opera tells the joys and sorrows of young artists in 19th-century Paris, offered on an open-air evening to enhance the amphitheater setting.
