The decision was made to ensure better comfort conditions for operators and customers, thanks to the presence of trees and shaded areas that mitigate the summer heat. The market takes place regularly every Wednesday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

The celebrations of San Sebastiano and San Rocco enliven Torrice between late August and early September, blending devotion and popular tradition. The religious celebrations dedicated to the two saints fall on the last Sunday of August and the first Sunday of September respectively, marked by solemn masses and processions through the streets of the historic center. The 2026 edition offers a program of ten evenings from August 24 to September 6 with live music, shows, and community initiatives. The main streets and squares are festively decorated with characteristic lights that accompany the entire celebration period.
