Il festival si articola in quattro giornate a tema: giovedì 10 settembre "Sabina Welcome" con raduno ciclistico, majorettes e bande musicali; venerdì 11 "Sabina Expo Night" con showcooking delle nonne e comico nazionale; sabato 12 "Sabina Hospitality" con la finale di Miss Mondo e spettacolo musicale; domenica 13 "Orizzonte Ohana" con social dance e orchestra di ballo. Ogni giorno sono previsti raduni motoristici (tuning, Harley-Davidson, auto e moto d'epoca). L'area kids è aperta tutti i giorni dalle 10:00 alle 19:00 con gonfiabili, laboratori e attività per bambini. Le Pro Loco della Sabina propongono ogni giorno menu degustazione diversi.
