The cardiovascular prevention campaign Cardioteam - Una Vela per il Cuore stops in Ponza with two weeks of complete and free screenings reserved for resident citizens aged 40 to 75. The examinations are conducted by the doctors, cardiologists and echocardiographers of the project team, who are present on the island for the entire period. The initial idea was to turn the sailing boat Serena into a floating clinic. Adverse weather conditions, however, moved the examinations to land, in the Parish Hall of the Chiesa Santi Silverio e Domitilla.
