The Pro Loco of Canino is convening an organisational meeting in view of the Sagra dell'Olivo 2026. The meeting is open to all associations, shopkeepers, cantinoni and manufacturers of agricultural machinery in the area, to define ideas, roles and availability before the festival. The Sagra dell'Olivo is the event that every year, in the days around 8 December, renews the bond between Canino and its olive oil. The 2026 edition is scheduled from 5 to 8 December, a period that coincides with the peak of the olive harvest. The meeting will focus on this: how to organise together a festival dedicated to the area and its traditions, from cuisine to the agricultural machinery that brings the streets of the town to life.
