Il 14 e 15 agosto 2026 Bassano Romano ospita la 19ª edizione del Carnevale Estivo Bassanese, una manifestazione che unisce la tradizione del carnevale all'atmosfera estiva. La sfilata di carri allegorici e gruppi mascherati animerà le principali piazze e vie del centro storico, con partenza alle ore 20:00 del 14 agosto e proseguimento fino alle 03:30 del giorno successivo. L'evento è organizzato dall'Associazione Carnevale di Bassano Romano.

Estate a Capranica 2026 is a rich program of summer events that enlivens the historic center of Capranica throughout the month of July. The event, organized by the municipal administration in collaboration with the Pro Loco and local associations, offers musical and theatrical performances, food and wine events, and social gatherings. The calendar includes the "Giro di Vino 2026" (July 17-18), a food and wine event with tastings of wines and typical products of Tuscia, street performances and craft markets in the cellars of the historic center. The event "Natale di Capranica" (July 7) in Piazza San Francesco features theatrical and musical performances. The "Skavinia Festival 2026" (July 10-12) offers music and entertainment in Piazza Garibaldi, Corso Petrarca and Piazza San Francesco.

Il Parco delle Creature is a contemporary art and nature trail set up in the Accoramboni Gardens of Capranica. The exhibition hosts monumental installations by Cracking Art, made from regenerated and recycled plastic, depicting animals such as elephants, crocodiles, rabbits, swallows and cats. The works establish a dialogue between landscape, nature and artifice, with the aim of raising public awareness on issues of recycling, material regeneration and environmental protection. The trail is freely accessible with a paper and digital map, and guided tours, inaugural events and meetings with artists and experts are planned.
Francigena Live Festival X Edizione

The Francigena Live Festival returns to Capranica for its tenth edition with a detailed program of live performances. From October 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027, music, theater and performances will animate parks, squares and precious corners of the Via Francigena. The initiative is promoted by the Municipality of Capranica with the support of the Lazio Region and aims to enhance the local cultural heritage. The program includes proposals for families, evenings of great music and moments dedicated to theater. Among the spaces involved, the Acquaforte park will host some of the most anticipated events.

The Palazzo Doebbing Museum in Sutri hosts the exhibition "Tuscia Contemporanea – Il Giardino di Gregor", dedicated to the artist Gregor Becker, curated by Antonio Arévalo. The exhibition brings together about thirty works by the artist and is part of the cultural project "Tuscia Contemporanea", first edition, which aims to enhance contemporary art in the province of Viterbo. On July 7 (Piazza del Comune) the Philadelphia Jazz Orchestra will perform; on August 2 (Gardens of the Palazzo Doebbing Museum) Rita Marcotulli with "Autoritratto"; on August 14 (Antico lavatoio) Rosario Giuliani and Luciano Biondini with "Cinema Italia", a tribute to Morricone and Rota.
